Sales Operations Specialist
Reports To: Sales Operations Manager or Head of Sales
We’re looking for an organized, data-savvy Sales Operations Specialist to ensure our sales team runs like a well-oiled machine. You’ll build and maintain the systems, tools, and reports that help us hit targets and streamline growth.
Duties:
Maintain CRM accuracy and manage data hygiene processes
Create reports and dashboards for sales leadership
Support sales reps with tech troubleshooting, onboarding, and training
Evaluate and recommend new tools or automation for efficiency
Assist in territory planning, quota setting, and performance tracking
Collaborate with marketing and finance to align lead flow and pipeline accuracy
Requirements:
2–4 years experience in sales operations, data analysis, or CRM administration
Strong knowledge of sales platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive
Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools
Process-driven thinker with strong attention to detail
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly
