Sales Operations Specialist

Reports To: Sales Operations Manager or Head of Sales

We’re looking for an organized, data-savvy Sales Operations Specialist to ensure our sales team runs like a well-oiled machine. You’ll build and maintain the systems, tools, and reports that help us hit targets and streamline growth.

Duties:

  • Maintain CRM accuracy and manage data hygiene processes

  • Create reports and dashboards for sales leadership

  • Support sales reps with tech troubleshooting, onboarding, and training

  • Evaluate and recommend new tools or automation for efficiency

  • Assist in territory planning, quota setting, and performance tracking

  • Collaborate with marketing and finance to align lead flow and pipeline accuracy

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years experience in sales operations, data analysis, or CRM administration

  • Strong knowledge of sales platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive

  • Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools

  • Process-driven thinker with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly
