Design intuitive user flows and interaction patterns
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams
Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback
Develop and maintain design systems and brand guidelines
Ensure consistency and accessibility across the product or site
Core Requirements
Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, color, hierarchy)
Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes
Understanding of UX research methods and usability principles
Collaboration skills across product, engineering, and marketing teams
Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus but not always required
