Bookkeeper
Reports To: CFO, Owner, or Controller
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records and ensure the smooth day-to-day management of our accounts. Your precision will help keep the ship steady and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
Duties:
Record financial transactions accurately and promptly
Reconcile accounts and correct discrepancies
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and deposits
Manage payroll data and track employee expenses
Produce monthly financial reports for leadership review
Assist with tax filings, audits, and year-end close
Requirements:
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (or similar platforms)
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Trustworthy with confidential financial information
