Bookkeeper

Reports To: CFO, Owner, or Controller

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records and ensure the smooth day-to-day management of our accounts. Your precision will help keep the ship steady and ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Duties:

  • Record financial transactions accurately and promptly

  • Reconcile accounts and correct discrepancies

  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and deposits

  • Manage payroll data and track employee expenses

  • Produce monthly financial reports for leadership review

  • Assist with tax filings, audits, and year-end close

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience

  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (or similar platforms)

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Trustworthy with confidential financial information
