Production Manager

Reports To: Plant Manager or Director of Operations

We’re seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations. You’ll manage the production team and ensure that products are made safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while meeting production targets.

Duties:

• Oversee production floor activities including personnel, processes, and output

• Coordinate production planning with schedulers and procurement teams

• Troubleshoot process issues and remove production barriers

• Drive quality and safety compliance at all times

• Implement productivity improvements and training for staff

• Monitor inventory, equipment performance, and labor utilization

• Report key metrics on output, yield, and downtime to leadership

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments

• Proven leadership in managing teams and processes

• Familiarity with ERP systems and production scheduling tools

• Understanding of lean principles, quality systems, and safety practices

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
