We’re looking for a strategic Chief Financial Officer to help steward the growth and financial health of our business. As CFO, you will lead financial operations and strategy, ensuring sound financial decisions, efficient capital allocation, and clear reporting for leadership and stakeholders.

Duties:

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes

  • Advise the CEO and leadership team on strategic financial decisions

  • Monitor KPIs, margins, cash flow, and capital efficiency

  • Partner with operations and sales to ensure healthy working capital and inventory management

  • Manage banking relationships, funding strategies, and investor reporting

  • Ensure tax compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory adherence

  • Lead and grow the finance, accounting, and admin teams

Requirements:

  • 8–15+ years in progressively senior finance roles

  • Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or distribution businesses

  • Proven leadership in financial strategy, modeling, and team building

  • Strong communication skills for executive and board-level reporting

  • CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred but not always required
