COO

Reports To: CEO

We’re seeking a COO to run the day-to-day and drive execution. You’ll partner closely with the CEO to turn strategy into action, oversee key departments, and ensure we scale with excellence.

Duties

• Lead operations across key business units

• Align the team with company goals and metrics

• Develop systems for accountability, reporting, and process improvement

• Coach department heads and build leadership capacity

• Manage budgets and support financial planning

• Ensure smooth execution across internal and customer-facing functions

Requirements

• 8–15+ years in operational leadership roles

• Track record of scaling teams, systems, and processes

• Financial acumen and business judgment

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment

• Prior COO or GM experience in a similar business model is a plus
