Director of Sales
Reports To: VP of Sales or CEO
We’re looking for a Director of Sales to lead, coach, and scale a team of sales professionals. You’ll be responsible for driving day-to-day execution, ensuring we hit our revenue goals, and continuously sharpening our sales process.
Duties
Recruit, onboard, and develop sales team members
Set clear sales goals and hold the team accountable
Run regular pipeline reviews and sales standups
Partner with marketing and customer success to improve lead quality and handoff
Help optimize CRM workflows and reporting
Work directly on key deals and negotiations as needed
Requirements
5–10+ years of sales experience, including people leadership
Proven ability to coach reps and improve team performance
Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
Experience with modern CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
