Customer Success Manager

Reports To: Director of Customer Success, Head of Account Management

We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager to help guide our clients from initial onboarding to long-term success. You’ll ensure they achieve their goals while deepening the customer relationship, reducing churn, and identifying growth opportunities.

Duties:

  • Build strong, consultative relationships with assigned clients

  • Help onboard new customers and align them with success pathways

  • Act as the customer’s internal advocate, ensuring timely issue resolution

  • Identify opportunities for upsells, renewals, and referrals

  • Track and report on customer satisfaction and account health

  • Develop customer training materials and host workshops or webinars

  • Partner with product and support teams to channel customer feedback

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services

  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration abilities

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with CRM and customer success tools

  • Proactive, empathetic, and relationship-driven mindset

  • Bonus: domain knowledge in the company’s specific industry
