Customer Success Manager
Reports To: Director of Customer Success, Head of Account Management
We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager to help guide our clients from initial onboarding to long-term success. You’ll ensure they achieve their goals while deepening the customer relationship, reducing churn, and identifying growth opportunities.
Duties:
Build strong, consultative relationships with assigned clients
Help onboard new customers and align them with success pathways
Act as the customer’s internal advocate, ensuring timely issue resolution
Identify opportunities for upsells, renewals, and referrals
Track and report on customer satisfaction and account health
Develop customer training materials and host workshops or webinars
Partner with product and support teams to channel customer feedback
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services
Strong problem-solving and collaboration abilities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Experience with CRM and customer success tools
Proactive, empathetic, and relationship-driven mindset
Bonus: domain knowledge in the company’s specific industry
