We’re looking for a Director of Technology to lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of the systems and software that power our business. From IT infrastructure to cloud software, you’ll make sure our tech stack runs smoothly, securely, and scales with our growth.

Duties

  • Evaluate and manage technology platforms and tools

  • Lead tech-related projects: new systems, integrations, upgrades

  • Monitor network security, compliance, and system uptime

  • Oversee vendors, consultants, and internal IT support

  • Advise leadership on future tech investments and strategy

  • Train staff on new tools and ensure smooth adoption

Requirements

  • 8+ years of IT, systems, or software leadership experience

  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing, networks, and security

  • Hands-on experience with business applications and integrations

  • Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; certifications (AWS, Azure, CompTIA) are a plus
