E-Commerce Manager

Reports To: Director of Marketing, Head of Revenue, or Founder

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on E-Commerce Manager to drive online sales growth and optimize the digital customer journey. You’ll oversee our store operations, digital merchandising, and web-based promotions — turning browsers into buyers.

Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform

  • Coordinate product launches, updates, and promotions

  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, social, and email

  • Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements

  • Analyze web traffic, conversion data, and sales trends

  • Identify opportunities for growth through UX and merchandising enhancements

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar

  • Familiarity with paid media, email marketing, and SEO fundamentals

  • Strong project management and communication skills
