E-Commerce Manager
Reports To: Director of Marketing, Head of Revenue, or Founder
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on E-Commerce Manager to drive online sales growth and optimize the digital customer journey. You’ll oversee our store operations, digital merchandising, and web-based promotions — turning browsers into buyers.
Duties:
Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform
Coordinate product launches, updates, and promotions
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, social, and email
Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements
Analyze web traffic, conversion data, and sales trends
Identify opportunities for growth through UX and merchandising enhancements
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar
Familiarity with paid media, email marketing, and SEO fundamentals
Strong project management and communication skills
