Financial Controller

Reports To: CEO

We're looking for a hands-on Controller to guide our financial systems and reporting. You'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations while helping leadership make sound, data-informed decisions.

Duties

• Close books monthly and annually

• Build budgets and forecasts

• Maintain accounting processes and controls

• Manage cash flow and vendor payments

• Lead accounting staff or firm

• Support executive team with strategic finance insights

Requirements

• 5+ years in accounting/finance roles

• Strong GAAP knowledge

• CPA/CMA preferred

• Proficient in Excel and accounting platforms

• Great with numbers and people
