Head of Marketing
Reports To: CEO, CRO, or COO
We’re seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our growth efforts, build our brand, and generate meaningful demand. You’ll take full command of strategy and execution—from high-level planning to hands-on optimization.
Duties
Own and evolve our marketing strategy
Manage campaigns across web, content, email, and paid media
Build and lead a small but mighty marketing team
Work closely with sales and product on messaging and positioning
Report on performance and drive ongoing experimentation
Oversee marketing budget and vendor relationships
Requirements
7–10+ years in marketing, with leadership experience
Proven ability to scale marketing systems and teams
Strong mix of analytical and creative skills
Comfortable operating in both strategic and tactical modes
Prior experience in [industry] or high-growth businesses is a plus
