Inventory Manager
Reports To: Director of Operations or Supply Chain Manager
We’re looking for an Inventory Manager to oversee the flow, accuracy, and availability of products and materials across our operation. You’ll ensure inventory levels are optimized — minimizing shortages and overstock while helping the business meet production and customer delivery goals.
Duties:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to align with demand and production schedules.
Conduct regular cycle counts and lead full inventory audits.
Analyze stock trends, turnover rates, and reorder points for accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.
Implement and maintain inventory control processes (FIFO, JIT, Kanban, etc.).
Prepare inventory reports and recommend improvements to reduce waste and improve accuracy.
Oversee inventory storage practices to ensure space optimization and safety compliance.
Requirements:
3–5 years of inventory, warehouse, or supply chain experience.
Proficiency with inventory management systems and ERP software.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate across departments and solve problems proactively.
Knowledge of warehousing best practices and inventory control methods.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred.
