Operations Manager
Reports To: CEO or GM
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations Manager to ensure our team and systems run smoothly every day. You'll own our processes, improve performance, and keep everyone aligned toward mission-critical goals.
Duties
Manage production schedules, staffing, and workflow
Improve operational systems and create documentation
Track and report key performance metrics
Coordinate with sales, customer service, and leadership
Resolve daily operational issues and roadblocks
Requirements
3–7 years in operations or management roles
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions
Proficiency with project management and ops tools
