Operations Manager

Reports To: CEO or GM

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations Manager to ensure our team and systems run smoothly every day. You'll own our processes, improve performance, and keep everyone aligned toward mission-critical goals.

Duties

  • Manage production schedules, staffing, and workflow

  • Improve operational systems and create documentation

  • Track and report key performance metrics

  • Coordinate with sales, customer service, and leadership

  • Resolve daily operational issues and roadblocks

Requirements

  • 3–7 years in operations or management roles

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions

  • Proficiency with project management and ops tools
