Plant Manager

Reports To: Director of Operations or COO

We’re looking for a Plant Manager to lead day-to-day production at our manufacturing facility. You’ll be responsible for meeting output goals while upholding safety, quality, and cost targets. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving, and a commitment to building a high-performance team.

Duties

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all plant operations

• Enforce safety protocols and quality control procedures

• Lead and mentor production supervisors and floor staff

• Optimize resource use — labor, materials, equipment

• Monitor and improve plant KPIs including efficiency, yield, and downtime

• Collaborate on inventory planning and customer delivery schedules

• Continuously improve processes, layouts, and plant workflows

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of production or plant management experience

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing safety and quality systems

• Proven success in people management and cross-team collaboration

• Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
