Social Media Manager

Reports To: Marketing Director or Brand Manager

We’re looking for a creative, organized Social Media Manager to take the reins of our social presence — building brand visibility, engaging with our community, and driving growth through strategic content and authentic interaction.

Duties:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals

  • Create, schedule, and publish original content across all relevant platforms

  • Manage social media calendars and content pipelines

  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and brand mentions

  • Track performance metrics and adjust campaigns for optimal reach and engagement

  • Identify trends and create content that taps into timely conversations

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience managing business social accounts

  • Strong creative writing and visual content skills

  • Proficiency with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

  • Knowledge of platform algorithms, social media trends, and best practices

  • Experience using social media scheduling and analytics platforms

  • Strong communication, time management, and adaptability
