Social Media Manager
Reports To: Marketing Director or Brand Manager
We’re looking for a creative, organized Social Media Manager to take the reins of our social presence — building brand visibility, engaging with our community, and driving growth through strategic content and authentic interaction.
Duties:
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
Create, schedule, and publish original content across all relevant platforms
Manage social media calendars and content pipelines
Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and brand mentions
Track performance metrics and adjust campaigns for optimal reach and engagement
Identify trends and create content that taps into timely conversations
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience managing business social accounts
Strong creative writing and visual content skills
Proficiency with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of platform algorithms, social media trends, and best practices
Experience using social media scheduling and analytics platforms
Strong communication, time management, and adaptability
