Brand manager

Reports To: Director of Marketing, Head of Growth, or CEO

We’re looking for a Brand Manager to shape, steward, and scale the look, voice, and feel of our brand across every touchpoint. From packaging to web copy to advertising, you’ll ensure customers experience a clear and consistent story.

Duties:

  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines across the company

  • Craft messaging for product launches, campaigns, and ongoing marketing

  • Coordinate with design, product, and sales teams for alignment

  • Manage the creative production pipeline for branded assets

  • Analyze customer insights and competitor strategies to refine brand positioning

  • Support marketing and PR efforts with brand-first thinking

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications

  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills

  • Proficiency in creative collaboration tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva)

  • Knowledge of brand strategy, positioning, and audience segmentation

  • Excellent project management and cross-departmental communication skills
