Brand manager
Reports To: Director of Marketing, Head of Growth, or CEO
We’re looking for a Brand Manager to shape, steward, and scale the look, voice, and feel of our brand across every touchpoint. From packaging to web copy to advertising, you’ll ensure customers experience a clear and consistent story.
Duties:
Develop and enforce brand guidelines across the company
Craft messaging for product launches, campaigns, and ongoing marketing
Coordinate with design, product, and sales teams for alignment
Manage the creative production pipeline for branded assets
Analyze customer insights and competitor strategies to refine brand positioning
Support marketing and PR efforts with brand-first thinking
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications
Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
Proficiency in creative collaboration tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva)
Knowledge of brand strategy, positioning, and audience segmentation
Excellent project management and cross-departmental communication skills
