Warehouse Manager

Reports To: Director of Operations or Plant Manger

We’re seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the daily operations of our warehouse and ensure that products move smoothly from receipt to delivery. This role is central to maintaining efficient storage, accurate inventory, and safe work practices — all while hitting shipping deadlines.

Duties:

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.

• Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular audits and cycle counts.

• Train, schedule, and manage warehouse staff to meet performance standards.

• Optimize workflows, storage systems, and safety procedures.

• Monitor shipping schedules and ensure on-time order fulfillment.

• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics to resolve bottlenecks.

• Track KPIs and identify opportunities for operational improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience.

• Proficiency with inventory and warehouse management systems (WMS, ERP).

• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and material handling best practices.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not always required.
