SEO Specialist

Reports To: Head of Marketing or Digital Marketing Manager

We’re on the lookout for an SEO Specialist to elevate our visibility in the vast search engine cosmos. You’ll optimize web content, shape strategy, and guide our site architecture to ensure prospects can find us when they need us.

Duties:

  • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis

  • Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, and structured data

  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues through audits

  • Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams

  • Monitor search performance and recommend improvements

  • Stay informed on algorithm updates and evolving search best practices

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of SEO experience, either in-house or at an agency

  • Skilled in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog

  • Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors

  • Ability to perform comprehensive audits and technical fixes

  • Experience creating SEO reports and making data-backed recommendations

  • Bonus: knowledge of basic web development and content management systems
