Paid Media Specialist

Reports To: Head of Marketing, Growth Manager, or Digital Marketing Director

We’re searching for a Paid Media Specialist to take charge of our paid advertising universe. You’ll be responsible for crafting, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns that connect our brand to the right audiences and convert curiosity into revenue.

Duties:

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms

  • Conduct ongoing A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies

  • Monitor and adjust campaign performance daily to maximize efficiency and growth

  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop compelling ad assets

  • Report on KPIs like CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROAS

  • Research emerging channels and tactics to stay ahead of the curve

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience managing paid campaigns

  • Proficiency in at least two ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, or others)

  • Analytical skills for interpreting data and adjusting strategy

  • Experience working within defined budgets and ROAS targets

  • Strong written communication for ad copy and reporting

  • Bonus: Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
