Content Marketer

Reports To: Head of Marketing or Content Director

We’re seeking a Content Marketer to help craft and amplify our brand’s voice. You’ll be responsible for planning and producing high-quality, strategic content that informs, inspires, and converts — helping our audience discover and connect with our mission.

Duties:

  • Research, write, and publish engaging content across channels

  • Optimize content for SEO, readability, and brand alignment

  • Plan editorial calendars around campaigns and business goals

  • Collaborate with designers and video producers to create multimedia assets

  • Monitor content performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact

  • Repurpose core content into multiple formats for reach and engagement

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of content creation, marketing, journalism, or copywriting experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research

  • Proficiency with CMS tools and familiarity with analytics platforms

  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and audience-focused

  • Bonus: experience with email marketing, social media, or basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
