Content Marketer
Reports To: Head of Marketing or Content Director
We’re seeking a Content Marketer to help craft and amplify our brand’s voice. You’ll be responsible for planning and producing high-quality, strategic content that informs, inspires, and converts — helping our audience discover and connect with our mission.
Duties:
Research, write, and publish engaging content across channels
Optimize content for SEO, readability, and brand alignment
Plan editorial calendars around campaigns and business goals
Collaborate with designers and video producers to create multimedia assets
Monitor content performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact
Repurpose core content into multiple formats for reach and engagement
Requirements:
2–4 years of content creation, marketing, journalism, or copywriting experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research
Proficiency with CMS tools and familiarity with analytics platforms
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and audience-focused
Bonus: experience with email marketing, social media, or basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
