Director of Operations

Reports To: COO or CEO

We’re hiring a Director of Operations to bring structure and precision to our growing business. You’ll lead day-to-day operational oversight while building the systems and quality standards that ensure smooth, scalable growth. If you thrive on eliminating bottlenecks and improving processes, we want you at the helm.

Duties

• Lead operational planning, execution, and measurement

• Create and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Oversee quality assurance and regulatory compliance efforts

• Optimize production schedules, supply chain, and resource allocation

• Analyze performance data to guide operational strategy

• Coach, mentor, and hold accountable frontline managers and team leads

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of operations or production management experience

• Proven track record building and scaling processes in growing companies

• Strong understanding of quality assurance systems and tools

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Proficiency with operational software tools (ERP, MES, inventory management)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management; advanced certifications a plus
