Director of Finance & Admin
Reports To: CEO or CFO
We’re seeking a Director of Finance & Administration to oversee the financial health and operational backbone of our business. This role ensures the company’s numbers are accurate, its obligations are met, and its operations run smoothly — freeing leadership to focus on growth.
Duties
Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting
Oversee cash flow, banking, and accounting functions
Manage benefits, payroll, insurance, and vendor contracts
Establish internal controls and compliance systems
Support CEO and department heads with budgets and financial decision-making
Act as liaison with CPAs, lenders, and legal advisors
Requirements
8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or administration
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial modeling, and cash management
Experience with HR and administrative systems
High integrity and attention to confidentiality
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CPA or MBA a plus
