Director of Finance & Admin

Reports To: CEO or CFO

We’re seeking a Director of Finance & Administration to oversee the financial health and operational backbone of our business. This role ensures the company’s numbers are accurate, its obligations are met, and its operations run smoothly — freeing leadership to focus on growth.

Duties

  • Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting

  • Oversee cash flow, banking, and accounting functions

  • Manage benefits, payroll, insurance, and vendor contracts

  • Establish internal controls and compliance systems

  • Support CEO and department heads with budgets and financial decision-making

  • Act as liaison with CPAs, lenders, and legal advisors

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or administration

  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial modeling, and cash management

  • Experience with HR and administrative systems

  • High integrity and attention to confidentiality

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CPA or MBA a plus
