VP of Sales

Reports To: CEO or CRO

We’re looking for a VP of Sales to design and lead a high-performing sales organization. You’ll drive strategy, hiring, training, and execution across the team—helping us scale sustainable revenue growth.

Duties

  • Define and own company sales strategy

  • Hire, develop, and manage sales leaders and reps

  • Oversee CRM systems, reporting, and sales forecasting

  • Create sales playbooks and ensure adherence

  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance on growth goals

  • Represent the company in strategic deals and partnerships

Requirements

  • 8–15+ years of sales experience, including people management

  • Demonstrated success scaling sales teams and revenue

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Sandler, SPIN, Challenger)

  • Excellent strategic planning, forecasting, and analytical skills

  • Exceptional leadership and team development track record
