CTO

Reports To: CEO

We’re searching for a CTO to own the technological direction of the company. You’ll be responsible for setting the long-term tech strategy, managing critical systems, and helping shape the company’s digital future — whether that’s product development, system stability, or process automation.

Duties

• Develop and execute technology strategy aligned to business goals

• Oversee systems architecture, data integrity, and infrastructure

• Evaluate risks and benefits of new technologies and vendors

• Lead the software development lifecycle, from planning to release

• Ensure best practices in cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance

• Collaborate with leadership on product, customer experience, and operational scaling

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical roles, including leadership

• Deep technical expertise across infrastructure, cloud, and software systems

• Proven experience setting strategy and leading technical transformations

• Ability to recruit, develop, and manage technical teams

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
