Growth Marketer

Reports To: Head of Marketing, Head of Growth, or CEO

We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to help drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion through structured experimentation and data-backed strategy. You’ll design creative growth campaigns and uncover scalable paths to sustainable business growth.

Duties:

  • Design and implement growth strategies across digital channels

  • Analyze funnel performance and customer behavior to find leverage points

  • Run and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversion rates and LTV

  • Partner with product, design, and content teams to align growth initiatives

  • Research and test new acquisition channels and tactics

  • Report on metrics and insights to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally with a growth or performance focus

  • Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Looker

  • Experience managing paid and organic campaigns across multiple channels

  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, activation, and retention metrics

  • Analytical, curious, and results-oriented with a bias for testing over guessing

  • Bonus: SQL knowledge, UX testing, or basic front-end (HTML/CSS) familiarity
