Office Manager

Reports To: Business Owner, COO, or Operations Manager

We’re seeking an Office Manager to serve as the central hub of our workspace. From managing office supplies and vendor relationships to assisting with scheduling and supporting internal operations, you’ll ensure the day-to-day runs with precision and care. You’ll help keep our crew on course and the environment welcoming and efficient.

Duties:

  • Oversee office organization, supplies, and vendor management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and inquiries

  • Assist with scheduling, travel, and event coordination

  • Support bookkeeping and data entry for invoices and expense reports

  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees

  • Keep the office tidy, safe, and functional at all times

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of administrative or office management experience

  • Proficiency with modern office tools and communication platforms

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Friendly, proactive, and resourceful attitude

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently
