Production Scheduler
Reports To: Plant Manager or Director of Operations
We’re looking for a Production Scheduler to manage the daily rhythm of our manufacturing floor. You’ll be responsible for translating orders into actionable production schedules — keeping our machines, people, and materials aligned to meet customer expectations.
Duties
Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders and inventory status
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed
Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure material readiness
Resolve conflicts and bottlenecks in scheduling across multiple departments
Report on lead times, backlogs, and capacity utilization
Support continuous improvement by refining scheduling logic and communication flows
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in production scheduling or supply chain coordination
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, etc.)
Excellent communication and organization skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-change environments
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred
