Supply Chain Manager
Reports To: Director of Operations or COO
We’re searching for a Supply Chain Manager to lead the end-to-end flow of materials, goods, and services that power our business. This role is responsible for balancing cost, quality, and reliability across suppliers, shipments, and inventory — ensuring that customer needs are met without disruption.
Duties:
Develop and manage supplier relationships for raw materials, components, and services.
Forecast demand and manage inventory planning to avoid stockouts or excess.
Negotiate vendor contracts for cost, terms, and delivery commitments.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales to align supply with demand.
Optimize freight, shipping, and logistics workflows to control costs and timelines.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including single-source dependencies and lead time bottlenecks.
Monitor key metrics like supplier performance, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover.
Support continuous improvement efforts across purchasing and logistics operations.
Requirements:
5+ years of supply chain, procurement, or logistics experience.
Proficiency with ERP, MRP, or supply chain planning tools.
Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Analytical thinker with the ability to solve problems in real-time.
Experience with domestic and international shipping logistics is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
