Supply Chain Manager

Reports To: Director of Operations or COO

We’re searching for a Supply Chain Manager to lead the end-to-end flow of materials, goods, and services that power our business. This role is responsible for balancing cost, quality, and reliability across suppliers, shipments, and inventory — ensuring that customer needs are met without disruption.

Duties:

  • Develop and manage supplier relationships for raw materials, components, and services.

  • Forecast demand and manage inventory planning to avoid stockouts or excess.

  • Negotiate vendor contracts for cost, terms, and delivery commitments.

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales to align supply with demand.

  • Optimize freight, shipping, and logistics workflows to control costs and timelines.

  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including single-source dependencies and lead time bottlenecks.

  • Monitor key metrics like supplier performance, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover.

  • Support continuous improvement efforts across purchasing and logistics operations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of supply chain, procurement, or logistics experience.

  • Proficiency with ERP, MRP, or supply chain planning tools.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

  • Analytical thinker with the ability to solve problems in real-time.

  • Experience with domestic and international shipping logistics is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
